The soulful aspect of a health and fitness program is composed of training your mind, emotions, and will. And, the physical training and soulful training work harmoniously together to help you succeed at reaching goals and maintaining them for the long term. Therefore, if you want to achieve consistent success concerning your health and fitness goals, do not only focus on the physical aspect of your exercise and nutrition program, but also put emphasis on the soulful (mind, emotions, and will) aspect as well.
